30 Sit-ups
30 Air Squats
400m Run (200 forward/200 backward)

Skill Work

Deadlift 85% of max. weight

5 rounds of 3 reps

WOD

"The Chief"

3 min. rounds of:

3 Hang Cleans (115, 95)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

5x with one minute rest between each 3 minn.
